One fee. One invoice. The price is on the page.

No setup fee, no discovery call to find out the number, no twelve-month contract. £899 a month covers everything below; ad spend is paid straight to Google and Meta on your card, with no markup.

What the £899 covers.

Everything it takes to turn a search into a booked appointment. Nothing it doesn't.

Google campaigns

Local actions, Performance Max, brand and non-brand search, built and run.

Meta retargeting

Brings back the patients who clicked and didn't book.

Competitor analysis

Your speciality in your postcode, before launch and then quarterly.

Tracking to the appointment

GA4 wired to the booking, not the click. You'll know the cost of a filled slot.

Your own dashboard

On demand, the same numbers I see.

A Monday note

What happened, what changed, what's next. Two lines, every week.

What it doesn't cover. Funnels, email, social content, website builds or newsletters. If your booking page can't take a booking, I'll tell you before we start rather than spend your money finding out.

Your ad spend is yours.

It never passes through me, so there's nothing to mark up.

The accounts are in your name. Google and Meta bill your card directly for the ads. My invoice is the £899 and nothing else, so you can always see exactly what the media cost and exactly what I cost.

Recommended starting spend is £1,500 to £4,000 a month. Where in that range depends on the speciality and how many people in your postcode are searching. Google's bidding needs roughly thirty booked appointments a month before it stops guessing, and the starting spend is set to get you there rather than to hit a round number.

More spend doesn't buy bookings in a straight line. Past the demand in your area, the cost per booking rises. That's why the first thing I do is benchmark your postcode, and why I'd rather tell you the demand isn't there than take the fee.

What would that be worth in your diary?

Rough numbers, using a conservative published benchmark for your speciality. Move the sliders to your own spend and fee.

Questions about the money.

Why three months?

Google's bidding needs roughly thirty booked appointments a month before it has enough to work with. Below that it's guessing. The account on the results page went from £38 a booking to £8.99 over four months; three months is the honest minimum to get through cold start and see the real number.

Is there a setup fee or a longer contract?

No setup fee. Three months billed monthly, then month to month with no notice period. No twelve-month contract and no exit fee.

Does the £899 include the ad spend?

No. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google and Meta, on your card, at cost. The £899 is the management fee and it covers ad spend up to £4,000 a month.

What if I want to spend more than £4,000?

Talk to me first. Above that, the question is usually whether your postcode has the demand to spend it well, not whether I can manage it. If it does, we agree the fee before anything changes.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do. If you leave, the Google and Meta accounts, their history and the conversion tracking all stay with you.

Do you guarantee a number?

No. Anyone who guarantees a number before they've seen your account is selling you something else. What I will do is tell you on the first reply if your area doesn't have the demand.

Is your postcode open?

One practice per speciality, per postcode. Send your practice, your postcode and what you're trying to fill. Same-day reply, and a straight answer either way.
